Water Is Sacred
For Indigenous peoples and cultures of the Americas, water has always been sacred—woven into ceremonies, traditions and everyday life. Water is the source of life, a great teacher and a powerful medicine that nourishes the Earth and all living beings.
During our opening ceremony, we will honour water not only as a vital natural element, but as a sacred gift that deserves our respect and protection. Our intention is to inspire a healthier and more conscious relationship with water: to conserve it, keep it clean and avoid wasting this precious resource.
By caring for water, we care for the future of our communities and generations to come.
Water also invites us to reflect on our own bodies, which are largely made of water. In many ancestral traditions, water is connected with our emotions, intuition and ability to flow with life. As we honour the waters around us, we also take a moment to reflect on the emotional waters within us, inviting balance, healing and compassion.
Together, we celebrate water as a source of life, connection and responsibility, remembering that every drop matters.
🔥 Temazcal — A Community Ceremony
Following the water opening ceremony, we will light the fire and come together for a family and community Temazcal ritual.
The Temazcal carries the memory of ancestral times, when communities gathered to pray for collective wellbeing, share knowledge and strengthen their connection with the natural world.
In this ceremony, adults, young people and children will share a sacred space, representing the generations that came before us and those yet to come. It is an opportunity for adults to remember their responsibility towards future generations and for younger generations to experience another way of connecting with the Earth.
Through this practice, we invite participants to listen more deeply to nature and learn from what we call the technology of nature—the knowledge, cycles and language of Mother Earth.
💧🔥 Water & Fire — The Medicine of Transformation
We will bring together the elements of water and fire, recognising their powerful relationship in transformation.
Water and fire meet in the Temazcal, creating steam and heat that invite us into a deeper journey of connection—to the great mystery, to ourselves and to the parts of ourselves that we may not always see.
This is an invitation to explore our own inner waters, our fire, our shadows and our capacity for transformation.
🌿 Opening Our New Space
This ceremony will also mark the opening of our new House of Steam, a larger space created to welcome more members of our community and hold our ceremonies together.
The opening ceremony begins at 6:00 PM.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this beautiful prayer and celebration.
After the ceremony, we will gather in the tipi for a shared dinner—a moment of community, sharing and abundance.
Dinner is not included in the entrance price.

Sunday Main Prayer: The Sacred Fire & Cacao Celebration.
Across ancient and Indigenous cultures worldwide, fire is honored as a living, sacred presence—a spiritual gateway, a purifier, and a source of healing and transformation. From Native American traditions to ancient Rome and many other ancestral cultures, fire has served as a bridge to the spirit world, a healing force, and a gathering place for communities. For many Indigenous peoples, fire is also regarded as "medicine," used with intention to protect, regenerate, and restore both the land and the human spirit.

Ceremony Intention
This evening, we invite you to present yourself to the fire with humility and gratitude. Each participant will offer tobacco and a stick to honor this sacred element. Through the cleansing smoke of Copal, we acknowledge and purify our inner fires, aligning ourselves with the sacred energy of transformation, renewal, and prayer.
Together, we gather around the Sacred Fire to reconnect with ourselves, our ancestors, and one another, allowing the fire to illuminate our intentions and remind us of our place within the great web of life.
Ceremony Flow
Cleansing with Copal
The Sacred Fire is blessed with the fragrant smoke of Copal, cleansing the space, the community, and our hearts as we prepare to enter ceremony together.
Opening Offering
Participants step forward with their tobacco and stick, presenting them to the fire as a gesture of gratitude, prayer, and personal intention.
Drum & Music Circle
A circle forms around the fire as the rhythm of the drums begins. Songs, music, and collective prayer become the heartbeat of the ceremony. Everyone is welcome to bring a drum or simply lend their voice in song.
The Sacred Cacao Ritual
Once we have connected deeply with the Sacred Fire, we will begin our Cacao Ceremony.
The fire that has witnessed our prayers now becomes an active participant in preparing the cacao. The water is warmed by the fire, and together with ceremonial cacao, sacred songs, drumming, and our collective intentions, we create a space of love, gratitude, and heartfelt connection.
As we share the cacao, we invite its gentle medicine to open our hearts, deepen our presence, and strengthen the bonds within our community. The fire becomes the alchemical force that transforms simple water and cacao into a sacred offering, carrying our prayers through every song, every drumbeat, and every shared moment.
Cacao Celebration
Following the ceremony, we enter a joyful Cacao Celebration, where music, singing, drumming, movement, and laughter bring everyone together in celebration of life and community.
This is a beautiful gathering for people of all ages—a family-friendly celebration where adults and children alike are invited to share in the warmth of the fire, the joy of music, and the spirit of togetherness.
Sacred Presence
Together, we honor the fire as both teacher and community anchor, embracing its warmth, wisdom, and transformative presence. Around the Sacred Fire we remember that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with one another, and with the natural world.
Join us for this evening of prayer, music, cacao, and celebration—a ceremony of belonging, purification, remembrance, and joy, where the Sacred Fire is not only witnessed but becomes alive through our collective heart.
An all-night sound healing ceremony that uses the vibrations of gongs for deep healing and transformation, involving ten 45-minute gong baths over approximately 7.5 hours while participants sleep or meditate.
Our upcoming "One fire for All" Family Camping Weekend, is a vital step toward a greener future. Funds raised during this event will improve our facilities, upgrade infrastructure, and even introduce solar panels, reducing our carbon footprint and enhancing sustainability.
And that's not all! Amidst our pursuits, we're excited to present our Cultural and Nature Family Summer Camp. This enchanting event celebrates culture, nature, and connection through workshops, concerts, fireside gatherings, ceremonies, and rituals. Our camp welcomes all ages, fostering an inclusive space for learning and growth.
